    Due to a necessary database update, we are planning a scheduled downtime on February 26th. This update will ensure that our database is more efficient, resilient, and will allow for future maintenance without extended outage periods.

    For more information, you can refer to the email that was sent on February 3rd or contact your Calipsa / Motorola representative. During the outage, the database will not be accessible so no alarms will be saved and processed by Calipsa. Any cameras connected via API or our integrations will be presented to your operators without processing. Those processed via SMTP will not be stored, processed, or passed through during this period.
