    Starting at 11:06GMT Calipsa experienced issues with the processing of alarms in the EU Cluster which was focused on the API integration, but as a result of which all other integrations were also impacted in some degree.

    The problem was solved at 13:18GMT and is now working as expected.

    We will conduct an internal investigation to further understand what happened.
